"Pursuant to an Act of Assembly intitled 'An Act for adjusting claims for property impressed or taken for Public Service' The Court proceeded to receive and adjust the Claims of different Claimants produced to them in Specie as hereafter mentioned." -- page 30 To James Ford . . .
