Joseph WILLIAMS was born 1813 in North Carolina. I am PURELY speculating that Joseph Williams is the father of my William Thomas Williams. I have NO PROOF YET! But since he was next door to the Terrys and Roberts, he very well may be the one. 1840 Giles Co.
